Our LIT (Low Intensity Interval Training) class is a specialty training session dedicated exclusively to members enrolled in our bioDensity program. This class is designed to complement your osteogenic loading sessions by improving mobility, strength, circulation, and overall conditioning in a safe, controlled, low-intensity format.

Small Group Personal Training
Up to 4 Participants — Circuit Training Format
Private Training at ANPC offers Small Group Personal Training sessions for clients who want the benefits of personalized coaching while training together in a motivating, shared environment—scheduled during off-peak gym hours for maximum space and attention.
These semi-private sessions deliver the individualized focus of one-on-one personal training combined with the energy, accountability, and camaraderie of a small group. Each session is coached personally by Strength & Conditioning Coach John Hanrahan and follows a circuit-style training format, ensuring every participant moves through targeted stations designed to build strength, mobility, conditioning, and total-body performance.
